Games feel way smoother now and the fps stays high most of the time. Im happy with it, no complaints so far...

I had to send my PC in for an RMA, which was kind of a hassle and definitely slowed things down on their end a bit. It wasn’t the fastest turnaround ever, but to be fair, they did fix the issue and kept me updated along the way. So yeah, not perfect, but it ended up fine.

There were quite a lot of parts to pick from, which was nice. The custom options seemed good overall, and I liked being able to make it feel a bit more personalized.

The parts weren’t quite what I expected, since the GPU listed didn’t match my order. Support did eventually help, but it took longer than it really should have. I appreciate the response, but the whole thing was a bit frustrating.

Found what I needed fast, so no complaints there. But checkout was a bit of a slow little pain in the ass.

I usually just do a quick once-over and go with my gut, and this one looked good to me. Didn’t notice any issues, so I’m happy with it

The site worked fine overall, so it’s not like I had a terrible experience or anything. I just felt like the price was a bit much for what I actually got. I was expecting the costs to be clearer before paying too, because when you’re already unsure about the value, then.....

The rig looks really clean and the RGB is definitely nice, but I got impatient quickly with the limited presets. It looks good overall, I just wish there were more built-in options to mess with.

The prices were easy to understand and there weren’t any weird extra fees, which I appreciated. Still, I was a little disappointed overall because that was kind of the only thing that stood out

The cable management was cleaner than I expected. There was one loose wire hanging around near the back panel, which bugged me a little, but overall it looked tidy enough and I can live with it...

I ordered from Skytech and was surprised by how quick everything got processed. I figured it might sit for a couple days before anything happened, but it moved along fast.
I also got updates without having to bug anyone, which I appreciated. Overall it was a simple, smooth experience, and I’d order again, though if the communication or speed started slipping, I’d probably take my business somewhere else.

Bought a Skytech PC and ended up needing the warranty after it started acting weird. Expected the process to be straightforward, but replies took longer than I thought they would, and had to send the same info more than once.
People I dealt with weren’t rude or anything, just felt like nobody really had it organized. Sent it in, then waited around without much in the way of updates, which got frustrating.
Did get help in the end, so not saying they ignored me completely. Just took way too long and felt more stressful than it should have been. Would give it 2 stars.

I’ve been happy with it so far. When I opened it up, the GPU and motherboard were from decent brands, which was a relief because I was worried they might use some random no-name parts. I got my PC from Skytech a few weeks back, and so far the noise has been decent overall.
When I’m just browsing around or watching videos or whatever, it’s basically quiet, like I barely notice it. If I’m playing games, the fans do speed up a little, but it’s not super loud or anything like that. I mostly only hear it when the room is really quiet.
I’d give it 4 stars because it maybe could be a bit quieter when it’s working harder, but I’m happy with it...

I was checking skytechpg.com for a few PC parts, most of what I needed showed as in stock, which was better than a lot of other sites I’d looked at. But one item sold out before I could place my order, and that was frustrating. It made me trust the stock updates a little less, even though the overall experience wasn’t bad. I’d probably still check them again, just with lower expectations.

I’ve been happy with the cooling so far. Since my temps stay lower than they did with my old setup, gaming feels a lot smoother and I don’t worry as much about heat. The fans do get a little loud sometimes when things ramp up, but it’s not bad enough to bother me much.

I went into this feeling kind of annoyed already, like I was about to spend my whole afternoon figuring it out. But quickly I was relieved because the steps actually made sense, and I wasn’t bouncing around trying to guess what came next.

I had to send my order back and it was way easier than I expected. The refund showed up fast too, like sooner then I thought it would. Support got back to me quick and there wasnt any hassle or drama. Happy with how it all went...

My PC decided to completely betray me and wouldn’t boot properly, and I was ready to launch it into the sun. I reached out to support expecting the usual copy-paste nonsense, but they actually knew what they were talking about. They walked me through a bunch of checks, didn’t make me feel dumb, and figured out the issue quickly. It took a little back and forth, but they got it fixed and I felt like I could finally breathe again. I’d definitely use them again

My order from Skytech showed up really well packed. There was plenty of padding, and everything stayed secure inside the box. The outer box had a small dent, but the item itself was completely fine, which is what really matters. Nice to know they package things well enough to protect the order during shipping.
